The pattern and directions are pretty straight forward for the small size, but the pattern (that I printed off the internet) was not graded correctly for the Med and Large sizes. I had to add length to the middle part of the pattern so that when it was folded over the the folded edges matched without the arm piece folding with it. I also added a bit of length to the arm edge to account for my large biceps.
